This coffee comes from Yirgacheffe, a town located in the Gedeo Zone of the Southern Nations in Ethiopia. This washed coffee was extensively sorted, fermented for 48 hours and dried on raised beds for 12 - 15 days. It was harvested from small holder farms from 1700 - 2200 masl.
